What to write to us about

• Corrections to a guide. Include the URL of the page and, if you can, the REA version you used and what you saw instead. Every guide states the REA version it was written for.
• Bug reports for the online tools. Tell us which tool, your browser and its version, and the steps that lead to the problem. Copy the error message if there is one. Never attach files that contain confidential data. If you can, reproduce the problem with an open-source or self-built sample.
• Topic suggestions. Workflows or targets you would like a guide about.
• Partnership and advertising enquiries.
• Privacy requests, for example a question about the privacy policy.

What we can’t help with

• Support for REA itself. rea-reverse is an independent tutorial site and is not run by the REA project. For installation problems, bugs or feature requests in REA, open an issue in the REA repository on GitHub.
• Cracking, bypassing licences or analysing software you aren’t authorised to analyse. We won’t help with that. See the disclaimer.

About your files

The online tools run entirely in your browser and never send your files to us. That also means we cannot see what you analysed, so please describe the problem in your email rather than referring to a past session.
